From the reviews
It feels SO sensational being back in the Barre3 bubble. What a community to be a part of. Now with more options for creating positive change in my body. Signature and strength classes. At 70 that is saying a lot.
This month is my 10 year anniversary of working out at a Barre3 Studio. I am in love with this workout and the community that the owners bring. The workout is a perfect combination of cardio, strength and mindfulness. I am always engaged and encouraged to push myself to the next level. The first class is free….

Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
