From the reviews
BEST WORKOUT EVER!!! I have become stronger after each class. All instructors are incredible, friendly, and motivate you to keep going during the workout and help you with your form in class if needed. Every instructor wants you to have the best workout that doesn’t injure your body.
I like to go to barre to cross-train and supplement my other workouts. This studio is very welcoming and fun to go to! I have taken classes with multiple different instructors and they are all wonderful, they are always walking around and correcting form so that you can get the best workout possible.
Kelsey was wonderful. very easy to hear her and nice music. Challenging and FUN! I would have given her a perfect 5 score but I wish she had mentioned people's names during class... I find this very motivating both for me and the other students. However, since it was her first week, a 4.95 is what she deserves!!
Lauren was great I have never taken a class like this it was so much fun ! The concept is amazing you could really feel the work. Lauren was very welcoming & helped me during class as well as saying positive statements. I highly recommend this studio. Thanks so much ❣ Michelle Amado
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
