From the reviews
I’ve been an enthusiastic Barre3 client for 10 years and have taken classes at multiple studios. They’re all great, but the Happy Valley location is my favorite! The owners and staff have been so welcoming and friendly. It’s always a great workout & positive environment.

If you are looking to bring physical movement and wellness back into your life, I would highly recommend you consider Barre3-Happy Valley. Don't be fearful to try something new, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the support and motivation that you'll receive at the studio.
Barre3 Happy Valley is my happy place!! I’ve been a member for over a year and attend classes 4-5 times a week and I truly feel like I’ve finally found my workout! I leave class feeling refreshed, not worn out or exhausted. The workouts are challenging but can be modified to whatever your body needs that day.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
