Barre3 Circle C is fantastic. The studio is so clean, and offers everything you need to get an amazing class. The instructors are wonderful. I personally have taken classes with Danielle, Sadie, Aurora and a few others! Sonia at the front desk is so welcoming, too. Everyone there that takes classes and so welcoming.

★★★★★ — Meredith, Apr 2024

Barre3 Circle C should be a masterclass on making people feel like they belong. From the owner, instructors and clients…everyone is so kind and encouraging. I’ve found a community that I never expected but now, would be lost without! These classes are no joke, but you can definitely make it your own.

★★★★★ — Sarah, Nov 2025

I love going to barre3 at the Circle C location! The instructors are the right mix of challenging + encouraging, and the environment is always super supportive. I really enjoy the variety of class options as well - from traditional barre, to strength to yoga.

Your first barre class at barre3

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Barre is low-impact, so it suits most bodies and fitness levels — but if you're pregnant or working around an injury, check with a doctor and let your instructor know so they can offer modifications.
