From the reviews
I’ve been going to ToddPilates 4–5 times a week and just completed my 100th class! I’m so incredibly happy I found this place. When I started I wanted to strengthen my core and add some movement that felt more intentional. What I didn’t expect was how much this studio would help my mental health too.
This is BY FAR my favorite Pilates studio in Austin. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and encouraging, and their workouts are effective and inclusive to all! I also appreciate how diverse their clientele is. You will meet and practice alongside people of all colors, sizes and ages.
So glad a friend introduced me to Todd’s! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, the scheduling app is easy to use, and pricing is probably the best you’ll find in Austin for pilates and barre. Sharon’s barre class is my favorite — she kicks my butt every time!
I love Todd Pilates so much! I’ve been coming here for 6 months and everyone is so amazing and friendly. I got to join Christina’s first class today and she did so incredible! It was such a great work out and so fun, I cant wait to come back next week 🥰
Your first barre class at ToddPilates Fitness
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
