From the reviews
I love everything about Adrenaline! The owner and instructors are so nice and are always excited to see you. The classes are really fun and the studio is set up in a way that makes everyone feel comfortable during the workout.
The best fitness dance classes you will ever take are here. I used to live in Phoenix and they don't have anything comparable to Adrenaline. It's a supportive, friendly, family- style, non-judgemental environment. They turn the lights off, blast the music and just make you feel like you're a part of something.
In moving to Greenville last year from Ohio, I didn't know many people, but knew I needed to workout. Little did I know I would find the most supportive community in my ADF family!! The workouts are a blast, with many amazing instructors who bring so much passion and joy to what they do!
I would highly recommend ADF to anyone. All of the instructors are wonderful, and offer good variety to your workout. Zumba/dance fitness has become a new hobby that I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to. I've been going to Adrenaline since last August (2017) and lost over 20 pounds without even realizing it at first.
Your first barre class at Adrenaline Dance Fitness
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
