I just attended my first class at this studio and had Kristin for Yoga Pilates Fusion. It was the perfect blend of both yoga and pilates where it left my body feeling very challenged, but rejuvenated and peaceful at the same time.
I attended a yin yoga class here today & it was absolutely enchanting. The studio is welcoming & calm. The owner / instructor, Diana, was excellent at creating a serene sanctuary to unwind. I’d recommend this spot to anyone as they have classes for any level.
Today was my 1st Yoga class, All Level Strength. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Diana was very pleasant, she made me work, lol, but also adjusted any movements to help my tight hips. I really enjoyed this session and can't wait to book my next class 😊
Love the variety of classes. No matter your fitness level, they have a way of making each class manageable for everyone. Hot yoga and Gentle yin are my favorites, but when I want a really touch work-out, then I do the Barre class.

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
