From the reviews
General tip: Sign up for a class pack or at least 2-3 month unlimited. Vennu across the 3 studios has so much variety, that you can't full experience the full benefit without giving it a real try!! Vennu is like a trip to Las Vegas, you will find something you love and your own rhythm.
Vennu has been an incredible experience for me and my wife. They offer a wide variety of classes at different skill levels and different types of practices, but more importantly, they serve as a community hub and really brings together every person that walks through the doors.
Vennu offers three studios and a wide variety of workout options—there’s something for everyone. I recommend getting one of the class packs so you can try out all the different classes across the studios. I’ve taken classes at all three locations and have enjoyed every one of them.
I LOVE Vennu! A friend brought me to V3 for a reformer pilates class last September and I have been hooked ever since, going anywhere from 2-4x a week! The instructors are amazing, friendly, and accommodating to anyone at any starting point in their fitness journey.
Your first barre class at VENNU Yoga - Pilates - Barre -TRX - Dance Studio
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
