From the reviews
This studio has been the most supportive, inclusive, body and mind improving place I have ever been to. The acceptance and support is unmatched! The classes are fun and challenging. The amount of strength I have gained and how great my body feels after just two months is amazing.
I truly love this Pilates studio. It’s a place where I’m able to maintain both my physical and mental health at the same time. The variety of classes and the multiple instructors bring great energy and keep things dynamic and engaging.
Pilates genuinely changed my life. I absolutely love this studio so, so much. Before taking my first class, I honestly knew nothing about Pilates or yoga, but from the very beginning I felt so welcomed and inspired. Bri is incredible and teaches every class with so much passion and care.
I love this studio! They offer a range of classes with highly encouraging and competent instructors that not only make you break a good sweat but make sure you enjoy yourself while doing it! The owner Bri is a warm, amazing woman that really cares about her students on and off the mat.
Your first barre class at Triumph Barre, Yoga and Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
