From the reviews

We used The Network yoga studio for our daughter’s first birthday party and the space was absolutely perfect! Super super convenient that we didn’t have to worry about bringing in tables and chairs since they already have them there and were able to fit 60 people! The space is stunning and perfect for events!

I am in love with this place! The space is full of light, it's a wonderful spot. The Meditation class was so relaxing and the gentle flow yoga that followed was a perfect closer. I cant wait to try all the classes The Network has to offer!

I have been taking yoga classes at the Network for about a year and a half and I have loved every single one! The Sunday morning class is the perfect way to start the week. All the teachers have been fabulous. There is always a perfect balance between meditation, relaxation and a challenging workout.

Awesome space with different types of fitness and yoga classes. There are two studio spaces that are beautiful! I’ve been attending consistently for 6 months and have enjoyed the classes, as well as the community. The owner takes feedback and runs with it! She’s always striving to make the space even better!

Your first barre class at The Network Yoga

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Barre is low-impact, so it suits most bodies and fitness levels — but if you're pregnant or working around an injury, check with a doctor and let your instructor know so they can offer modifications.
