From the reviews
Kellie is not only an amazing yoga teacher, but a truly magical, multidimensional and incredibly experienced, gifted healer! I’ve experienced both group classes as well as private sessions and they have been transformative!
Kellie & the studio are both awesome. Kellie is one of the nicest people I know. She knows what she is doing, she has lots of training and she's always reading about yoga, pilates, anatomy and anything related. She is someone who truly cares about her clients and their welfare.
This is at Divinely Rooted Yoga Studio ✨️ I stole this photo from Kellie Jean! She's the studio owner and teacher here. She's absolutely amazing and truly caring and considerate for everyone's needs whether you're experienced or just beginning! There's something here for everyone.
I'm new to the studio and recently took the candlelight yoga class and combo class. I absolutely loved the candlelight yoga as Kellie created a very calm, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in the studio for our practice. I equally enjoyed the Combo class where Kellie incorporates barre, pilates and yoga.
Your first barre class at Divinely Rooted LLC
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
