From the reviews
I always feel great after my workouts with Studio 3! Love BarreAmped and the other classes offered! It's never the same thing twice so I don't get bored like other I have with other workouts! Great and caring owners and instructors!

Studio 3 Fitness has changed my life in so many ways. I have always been involved in different fitness programs, but I have never been so passionate about one particular workout until I started BarreAmped at Studio 3. While I have lost pounds and inches, what I have gained is far greater.
I was a loyal member of another barre studio, nearing my 100 class milestone when I decided to give Studio 3 a try. It has become my new "home" for classes and I'm so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone/familiarity with the other studio I attended and joined Studio 3.
Your first barre class at The Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
