From the reviews
I love Studio Sculpt. It’s so great to have a studio like this in Gardner. This city needed something like this to liven it up. It’s a great place for people to come together and feel good. I look forward to go any opportunity I have. They offer so many different types of classes.
I just decided to get back into taking classes, and through a few friends' recommendations, I decided to sign up here. I popped in after a class to inquire about signing up, and Sam was really friendly and helpful. She showed me around the facility and was super personable and down to earth.
I just did the HIIT Sculpt class and I have to say I loved it. I am an older woman and was nervous, not knowing if I was going to be able to do the class. Kelly was so patient with me and gave me modifications which were perfect.
Had a wonderful experience today at studio sculpt! It was my first time trying hot Pilates and the teacher was amazing! Very friendly and attentive! Will definitely be coming back for more
Your first barre class at Studio Sculpt
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
