From the reviews
Studio H is amazing as a rental space. The owner is great and the studio manager couldn't be a better person to work with. Everyone is really nice and very easygoing. The place itself is roomy and very clean. Plus, has a lot of extra amenities. Has quickly become my new favorite spot.
I love this studio! I really enjoy their pilates and gyrotonic classes, and all the instructors are so wonderful and accommodating to all different needs/levels. The space is very warm and welcoming and it’s always clean.
I am recovering from an acute trauma, having broken 5 ribs and a collapsed lung from an accident. I have to work my way back to once again have a strong and fully functional body. There's no doubt in my mind that Heidi will get me there. Her knowledge and expertise is unparalleled. Best of the best!
Heidi is so talented and understands the body. She has helped me connect to my core and my emotional/physical strength. I look so forward to our times together.
Your first barre class at Studio H Conditioning
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
