From the reviews
Jess’ spin class is incredible- you get an amazing and challenging physical workout with amazing sound and really great music. But most importantly, you can feel the positive and encouraging energy in her class and everyone is smiling. She belongs on stage motivating and inspiring people to do their best.
This studio is beyond amazing! Amanda's Sunday class is the perfect class for a new mama trying to get " her pink back". There is no judgement here. Every instructor has your back no matter where you are in your fitness journey. 10/10 would recommend!
stRIDE is the coolest community, clients, instructors, and owners. here you’ll find owners who are approachable and kind, never elitists, they love and appreciate everyone that comes through those doors. Every instructor is different, there is truly someone for everyone here.
Rented a class being I live in Wisconsin and unfortunately can’t attend live but can tell you even remotely the energy is contagious! The team is all obviously very knowledgeable and great instructors. Good variety in music and great workout.
Your first barre class at Stride Spin And Fitness
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
