The classes they teach
“Recently went for a mat pilates class with Mya and really enjoyed the class.”
“It’s so daunting nowadays to be a beginner in anything - you expect to feel out of place and like an outsider and what we experienced was quite literally the complete opposite!”
What's on offer
“The personalized message on my locker before class was a sweet touch.”
“I found it through ClassPass and it ended up being my favorite, so I joined as a member.”
“This studio also has the best sense of community and we are so excited to go to the things they offer outside of workout classes!”
What members say again and again
“The instructors are all super friendly, the studio is always clean, and the themed classes are such a fun bonus.”
“From my very first class I felt so welcomed; I'm usually someone who works out solo but had been wanting to try group classes and Rhythm was the perfect choice.”
“I have been a member of Rhythm for 2 years and love their classes, instructors and the community! It is a great group fitness environment where you don’t just feel like a number.”
“Always a good workout (a tough workout) but it’s so nice to be at a place where you feel encouraged and motivated, not intimidated and out of place.”
“This studio also has the best sense of community and we are so excited to go to the things they offer outside of workout classes!”
From the reviews
My roommate and I have been going here for a little over a week now, and we cannot recommend it enough!! They are the most welcoming crew we have ever experienced!
I have been going to Rhythm for almost a year now. I was a little nervous at first as I was new to cycling and pilates, but everyone was so welcoming and inviting. They have the perfect balance of pushing you to work hard while creating a fun environment!
Rhythm has quickly become one of the best parts of my week! From my very first class I felt so welcomed; I'm usually someone who works out solo but had been wanting to try group classes and Rhythm was the perfect choice.
I started at Rhythm last May, and from day one it's been an incredible experience. I've never been someone who loves group workouts - I've tried plenty over the years and never stuck with them - but Rhythm completely changed that.
Your first barre class at RHYTHM Cycle & Sculpt
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel — there are showers on site if you need one after. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
