I love Reflections! The studio has a warm, inviting, and joyful atmosphere. All of the instructors are friendly and personable. Bonnie’s classes push you out of your comfort zone to tone your muscles. Kat’s classes get your heart rate up in the best way. Nicole’s classes strengthen your body, mind, and soul.

Reflections Yoga is wonderful. Bonnie has created an intimate, warm and inviting space with a variety of class offerings. As a beginner, I have felt welcomed by Bonnie and instructor, Nicole. I have thoroughly enjoyed my classes and have had a positive experience each and every time. I feel so good after class...
I absolutely love it here! I have been to multiple different classes and I have been happy with them all. This is a necessary practice for me and I am so grateful to have Reflections to bring me back to my peace and serenity in the crazy world we live in. The space is so clean and welcoming.
Your first barre class at Reflections Yoga and Wellness LLC
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
