From the reviews
After doing Pure barre for about a year now, I can honestly say that their *DEFINE* class is one of their best classes. JENNIE and CASSIE are my favorite instructors❤️ They really know how to teach and motivate a class!!!! Kuddos to them!!!!They deserve more than 5 stars!
I have been going Pure barre at Weston for almost 4 months now, and although I am still a newbie. But I would like to thank the whole team for their excellent service and work.
I love that it is a full body workout. I like the stretching in between sets. I really appreciate when the instructor comes by and makes adjustments. Having good form is key and what really helps make the difference in your body.
I have been attending the Weston location for almost 9 months. I must say that the classes are extremely helpful for balance and strengthening. Cassie, Jennie and Natalia have been very good to me. I love the align and define class. Classic is good too.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
