From the reviews
I found this amazing studio on class pass. From the very first class, I knew that I was going to love it there. I decided to try out their first month special and quickly decided to join with an unlimited membership. It was my first time trying out hot yoga and it was a such a great workout.
What can I say. This place has changed my life for the better over the 6 years that I’ve gone. From the students, to the teachers.. this community is amazing. A very positive and loving environment where you can truly grow your practice on and off the matt.
Hot yoga was the best. Diana, Great instructor , had a great time , very professional and knows her stuff. Had an amazing time with the whole Army group. Just had an amazing time, thank you , you made a lot of Soldiers better in their lives.
Before I ever stepped into the role of teaching at the studio, I first walked through its doors simply as a member—someone looking for a place to move, to learn, and to feel inspired. What I found was so much more than just classes.
Your first barre class at Body4Yoga
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
