From the reviews
I am so excited for this location to open in July 2025! The owner/teachers have been hosting FREE pop ups all around town, and I have had the pleasure of going to a couple that have been hosted on Thursdays at the Farmer’s Market.

I joined Pure Barre Westfield in July 2025 and have been in love with it ever since. I’m not usually someone who enjoys the gym or working out, but the variety of Pure Barre class formats and the supportive group environment make it something I genuinely look forward to.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
