The classes they teach
“I've tried my fair share of barre classes (The Bar Method, The Dailey Method, Pure Barre) and The Barre Code is by far my favorite.”
“I would suggesting taking Barre first, then trying out Brawl (kickboxing) or Burn (hot barre, like hot yoga), but all of the other class types are fun too!”

From the reviews
Good workout and this is coming from a Pure Barre teacher. I did get charged a no show fee when there were only about 7-8 people in a class. I saw the charge on my credit card statement the next day and when I visited the same week, I mentioned it and the owner apologized and said she'd handle it.
Beautiful brand new studio! You enter on the ground floor and then walk upstairs to the studio space. Everything is bright and super clean. The lockers are the kind that you get to put your own combo in, so it makes it super easy! Lots of parking right around the studio. Great variety of classes!
I absolutely love Barre3! The classes are the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Every workout challenges me, but I always leave feeling energized instead of exhausted.
I’ve been taking barre classes at several different studios for the past 7 years and I can say that the classes and instructors at Barre Code has challenged me the most. They offer multiple class formats including, barre, strength training, cardio kickboxing, boot camp and HIIT.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
