“If you decide to try it out(which I highly recommend) ask if there is a foundations class it just helps with theory of the movements and the comfort level of the transitions.”

From the reviews
I have been going here for over a year now. I love that only females go here. Also, the instructors are all really nice and friendly, especially Kelly and Mary. I really like when they correct the forms so we don’t hurt ourselves. They are very flexible with last minutes cancellation also.
I have been attending here for 11/2 years and have benefited tremendously in muscle strength and flexibility. Currently training for a marathon and I have much more power and speed thanks to Pure Barre.
Not only has Pure Barre Vienna gotten me back into fitness, but they also checked in on me when I was out sick for over a year! They are such a wonderful community of instructors and sales associates. I highly recommend this studio for all ages and fitness levels.
I love Pure Barre Vienna, love the atmosphere, the instructors and peers. All classes are great for any level of fitness. My endurance and flexibility have definitely been increased by working out at Pure Barre for the last 3 years. Thank you!
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
