From the reviews
I just finished my 50th class and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazing they know your name. They encourage and push you to be your best. I am so blessed to have this place in my life.
I’ve been coming to PB Shoreline since the soft opening and it’s been great! I’m welcomed by name by my instructors when I come to class and everyone is so friendly. The instructors are good at helping with form and pushing you during class. I’ve been loving the Classic and Define classes after a work day.
So happy to have found such an amazing place to work out with an even better community of people! Instructors are knowledgeable and so welcoming - I’ve taken classes from Jun, Cherisse, Sammie, Jessica, Alisha, Kalea, and Meghan and they’ve all been wonderful. It’s so great to walk and you’re greeted by name!
Love Pure Barre! It's hard, but you're working every inch of your body and it's worth it ✨️ The music is great and so are the instructors. I appreciate the caring and fun community. Have I mentioned that I love Pure Barre 💖
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
