From the reviews
I love Pure Barre Pinnacle Hills! Pure Barre Pinnacle Hills is a great studio with fun, knowledgeable instructors & a friendly environment! Pure Barre is a full body workout for all levels of fitness & the 50 minute classes are quick & effective! I am so thankful to have found Pure Barre Pinnacle Hills!
Pure Barre is the only workout so far that I’ve been able to do consistently. I went from barely exercising at all to doing barre for over a year! The instructors and staff are awesome, and I love that the workouts are low impact and there are plenty of modifications to make moves harder or easier.
The best decision I’ve made in a while. It might seem intimidating to walk into this small boutique fitness center but this group of women have been amazing and instrumental in changing my life.
Pure Barre Pinnacle Hills is a great studio and I am so happy to have found it! The instructors are so encouraging and the classes are fun yet challenging. I needed an activity to balance out my running, and pure barre has been a perfect fit.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
