From the reviews
I highly recommend this for anyone looking to tone their body and build strength. This is the place to start. I signed up for a free class maybe a month and a half go. I unfortunately had to reschedule two times, but the staff was very helpful and polite. My first class was last night and wow!
Pure Barre was amazing for me. The coaches were so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much Taylor! I‘ll come back for sure 🙏🤸🏻♀️👋 All the best! Evi P.S.: be prepared for an intense workout 💪😅🥰
All of the instructors are so friendly and really want to help you get a good work out. It’s tough but the teachers, good music, and fellow Barre mates keep you going!
Really enjoyed my visit here. I have taken Barre at other studios in the past, but this is was a whole new experience. The class is fast paced and fun. Targeting small specified muscles. I will definitely come back and try another class. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door by very friendly faces.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
