From the reviews
I fell in love with Barre since my first class! Pure Barre Summit is the best place to workout: each class is unique and the entire staff is friendly. The challenges keep you on track and all the instructors are great!
I started taking classes at Pure Barre a few months ago and absolutely love this place! Rebecca and her team are all amazing and really take the time to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. The studio is clean and inviting, and the classes are always challenging but also fun.
Pure Barre Summit is the absolute best! The workouts are challenging, no doubt. You’ll sweat, you’ll shake and realize you have muscles in places you didn’t know existed. The instructors? Amazing doesn't even begin to cover them.
Pure Barre Summit has become a place for me to decompress at the end of my work day. We are told not to compare ourselves to the person next to us so I go there to work on me but in the process have made some wonderful friends. Rebecca the owner is kind and the best instructor ever.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
