From the reviews
Pure Barre Lake Mary is more than a workout place. They have been instrumental in helping me to commit to a healthier lifestyle and in my weight loss journey. I can't rave enough about the wonderful teachers, front desk staff, or the owner, Brittany.
I joined Pure Barre Lake Mary a year ago and absolutely love it!! I feel so lucky to be apart of such a close-knit, inclusive, and supportive gym. The owner is a GEM! And the instructor’s are all incredible and very knowledgeable. I used to go to class only a few times a week, now I go as often as possible!
As a pelvic Therapist and owner for Pelvic Therapy clinic I would recommend Pure Barre to my graduating patients as it is a science base exercises and safe for all ages, In @Advanced Pelvic Solutions located in Lake Mary we recommend Pure Barre Lake Mary all the time.
Amazing studio!!!! Brittany and the entire staff are very welcoming. The instructors are the very best, the workouts always push you to the limit and as soon as they are over you are looking to see which class you can attend next. Love Pure Barre❤️
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
