From the reviews
I have always heard positive things about Pure Barre as I have had friends take it throughout the country. I was so excited about one coming to my area that I went to the open house back in November before the location was even finished. Amy (the owner) was incredibly welcoming and personable.

This is a GREAT way to work out! I was will admit I was skeptical of how beneficial it would be at first because I've recently been struggling with RA. I have been so pleasantly surprised by the intensity of the workout and all I am gaining from the classes!
Pure Barre not only offers mental and physical challenges, but also a sense of community and encouragement. Every team member cares so deeply about the clients. Allie S. is an incredible instructor who will challenge you, support you, and encourage you throughout class.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
