My first day was awesome! Cassi was very nice in welcoming me. Molly, Michelle and Rachel are all wonderful. Haven't met the other employees but I'm sure they're just as great! Nice area and great people! First time trying out work out classes in a group and it's very motivating. Thank you ladies for the warm welcome!!
LOVE working out here. The workouts are challenging in the best way. The instructors are so wonderful, positive, uplifting, and fun. The community of members are so fun and everyone loves seeing each other. Can’t recommend it enough.
I’ve been coming here for years and I really enjoy it. It’s tough, challenging, and the instructors really care about your form. I’m 150 classes in and have no plans on stopping. Shout out to my favorite instructor Tyler
I had my first class today with Courtney and it was SO much fun! One of the most challenging workouts I've ever done, but Courtney is such a fun, positive person, so it made the class very enjoyable. 10/10
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
