From the reviews
After temporarily staying in Las Vegas for a couple months and enjoying this Barre3 studio, I went home to Hawaii. I missed the classes, instructors, and the warmness of the people and interior of the studio.
Not too long ago I noticed this new gym/studio very close to home, and because I am a "gym rat" I decided to check it out.I have tried other places that advertise "Barre Class" and never liked it! I absolutely LOVE BARRE3 and everything about it!! Awesome location with large parking area.
I cannot say enough about Barre3! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The energy in the studio is uplifting, the instructors are encouraging, and the flow of the class feels both challenging and restorative.
I have taken about 20 Barre3 classes and I can honestly say it’s my favorite workout program! I love the instructors, they are so nice and encouraging. They have recently added Strength Training classes which are my new favorite because I’ve been wanting to learn how to use weights but was always intimidated.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
