From the reviews
Loving my Pure Barre experience! This workout is EXACTLY what my body needs, the perfect balance of stretching, strength training, & cardio. I feel long, lean and strong. The ballet inspired workouts with isometric holds taps into every muscle. I love all the instructors as well.
This is my Zen place! The staff are friendly with a positive energy and professional attitude. The studio is clean and inviting. The classes are well-choreographed to the right music. The teachers help us to to do our personal best workout. We always feel better after a workout here.
A must try, you will be hooked! It’s a mix of everything you want in a work out. The workout itself and the staff is amazing. All the instructors are very thorough during class, and take the time to answer questions after. It’s truly a family feel here. Both the instructors and members are the sweetest bunch.
Pure Barre – Best Decision I Ever Made! I’ve been doing Pure Barre for over six months, and it’s been amazing for my strength and energy. The workouts are challenging but fun, and Kelcey and the instructors are super motivating and supportive.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
