From the reviews
Such a friendly environment with professional and knowledgeable instructors. This location offers a variety of unique style classes, to include PB Align. The latter focuses on maintaining healthy joint support. This is a perfect balance for me in between my regular strength training and power classes.
After several years, Pure Barre Collierville is still my favorite!! There are different classes each day and all give you a full body workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating! The members are the best and I love how supportive everyone is! Highly recommend you give it a try!
I LOVE Pure Barre Collierville! It’s the best workout for tone and lean muscle. I’ve tried many over the years and this one has been my absolute favorite!! I also love the owner and instructors. It’s a community and I am so grateful I found PB.
I love my workouts at PBC! Every class is different and all the instructors are awesome.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
