From the reviews
I’ve been a member since November and cannot recommend Pure Barre Belden enough! Not only have I seen a positive difference in my strength, I FEEL an improvement. I have so much more energy every day.
I have noticed that I am a lot stronger than before Pure Barre. I has helped me in changing my entire lifestyle step by step. I wasn’t working out at all before starting in march. It is so challenging. Never boring. Great customer service. Great class prices.
I recently visited here and it is such a fun atmosphere! The entry is adorable with everything you’d need for barre (yes lululemon!!) and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. For someone that was nervous to go and try this place I left feeling so glad I did. GO HERE! ITS SO FUN!
Best decision I have made about my health was joining Pure Barre. The instructors are so encouraging, uplifting - it is a place where women encourage each other and push each other to be stronger
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
