From the reviews

Amazing little studio! So many different teachers each with their own personal touch on the classes and all amazing in their own ways. They are also very accommodating and will help with modifications if needed. Both reformer classes and non reformer classes (spring wall/barre/yoga) are all great.

I’m pushing my 300th class at this studio, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to grow in my Yoga and Pilates journey. From day one, the entire staff and instructors have been incredibly welcoming and encouraging, creating an environment that feels more like a supportive community than just a workout space.

This is one of the best places I've ever been to. They have every type of class that you could imagine. They have several different reformer pilates, hot-warm-cool yoga, meditation, stretching & restorative yoga, breath work yoga, spring wall, barre, all with varying levels of difficulty and different music, vibes,…

I absolutely love this yoga studio! From my first free class, I knew I had found something special. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the instructors are passionate and skilled, making every class both challenging and rejuvenating. Jackie’s 5:30 AM yoga classes are my favorite—they set the perfect energy for my day.

Your first barre class at PeaceCore Studios

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Barre is low-impact, so it suits most bodies and fitness levels — but if you're pregnant or working around an injury, check with a doctor and let your instructor know so they can offer modifications.
