From the reviews
I absolutely love neighborhood Barre! The instructors are all great. They are friendly and informative, and push you to be your best you! This is the first program I’ve stuck with for over a year.
I love coming to Neighborhood Barre!! The instructors are so supportive and I never feel any judgement if I can't do a workout or need to modify to make the workout easier. I love the challenge of the verity of workouts.
I have been going to Neighborhood Barre for almost a year & I love it! The instructors are great, there are a lot of class time options to meet a lot of different classes and there is a lot of class variety to switch up the type of classes you go to each week. I always leave a class happy that I went!
I joined Neighborhood Barre in January of this year and have been hooked ever since my first class! I love the workout and the community of women at the studio. There’s always fun challenges or events going on to keep you motivated which is so important. I also love the convenient class times!
Your first barre class at Neighborhood Barre Newnan
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
