Love the hot yoga classes! They have a very comfortable schedule and flow. I was always used to the structure in bikram yoga but really enjoy the more laid back routine. Seems most people know each other here so it’s a bit tough as a new person but not a negative impression.
This place offers a wide variety of "peaceful" workouts such as regular yoga, hot yoga and Ariel yoga. I personally love Jana, the Ariel yoga instructor. The other customers are always pleasant as well. They are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place if this is the type of workouts you're into.
This yoga place has calm atmosphere. The space is clean and cozy. And instructors are good.
