This is by FAR my favorite gym membership! Everything is automated, so I can schedule classes through my phone, and show up literally 24-7 whenever I have gaps in my already busy schedule. HOTWORX has changed my life in terms of weight loss goals and mental sharpness.
By far the best thing I have ever done for my health! Love how private the space is, and how helpful the staff has been. Celebrating 5 years this month! You cannot beat the convenience and the benefits of being in an infrared sauna! They offer a free session!
24/7 infrared fitness studio WITH virtually instructed workouts?? If you don’t workout here, you’re missing out! Great facility with amazing staff ❤️
Sauna workouts that are Instructor led on TVs in the sauna. Schedule on the app for anytime because they're open 24 hours. Heat up ur room (I prefer 125 degrees), turn up the volume and work it all out. HIIT training is 15 minutes. ISO workouts are 45 minutes.
Your first barre class at HOTWORX - Montgomery, AL - Peppertree
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
