I am speechless, and in love with this gym. I couldn’t dream up a better gym. It is what dreams are made of and I absolutely love every single feature of HotWorx. After sweating my butt off with hot cycling and hot Pilates, I still want to go back! I couldn’t recommend this gym more!!
I love this gym! By far best gym membership I've ever had as far as convenience, cleanliness, and variety. Only thing I don't like: I'm a little on the lankier side and the rooms can be tight with some poses and exercises.
Jasmine was great! She was very informative and made the process of signing up for our membership easy and seamless. As far as the facility, it speaks for itself- it’s very organized and clean and I love the concept of the Hotworx workouts. Excited to get back in shape!
Loved the studio, it was warm and inviting and had a great atmosphere! Kimberly gave me a tour, she was so kind and fun and had a great personality!
Your first barre class at Hotworx Broken Arrow
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
