Love this studio and their staff. Once you are a member you can ignore the hours of operation as they are 24/7/365 for members. Get in here folks. Watch everything from your skin to weight change for the better!!
Update!! Still a great place to work out I lost 30 lb before the covid-19 shut down. I gained back 12 lbs during the shutdown but I've lost 2lbs again since starting back up. Great place to work out come try it out. This location has a new owner and is opening this week.
I absolutely 𝘓𝘖𝘝𝘌 this place! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I can book appointments based off of my individualized workout goals. As a member you get 24/7 access. I purchased the 𝘚𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 membership which allows me the option to utilize in Hotworx in my area or even out of state.
Highly recommend! After a week of clases my injury improved to where I had no shooting pain and I slept great. My physician and physical therapist were amazed. Was dealing with my own injury from weightlifting. The instructions by the staff/management are thorough, useful and kind.
Your first barre class at HOTWORX - Tulsa, OK - 101 & S Mingo
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
