From the reviews
I've been going to the studio for over 3 years taking Reformer Pilates classes. Cate and Tracy are wonderful instructor's. The studio is clean and safe, I never feel like my health is at risk.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Over the last two and a half years, I’ve lost 265 pounds through diet and exercise. My workouts were focused mostly on weight loss and maintaining muscle tone—not necessarily building significant muscle.
I can’t rave about this studio enough. All instructors there are so knowledgeable about the body and have their own unique style. Some are more explanatory, some are more fitness driven, a perfect balance. This is not just a workout place, this is a community.
Went tonight for the first time and usually go to gyms or have a trainer. The classes are great and push you. Will be getting 10 additional classes with them. Great studio and instructors
Your first barre class at Evolution Pilates Studio
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
