From the reviews
AWESOME, HIGH-ENERGY cycle workout! Super challenging and so much fun! Jenny is an amazing combination of spunk, encouragement, and a tiny bit of light-hearted tough love...and knows how to mix it up. Get here for a class!
Great studio- joined beginning of December. Instructors are fun, energetic and members are very welcoming. Great place!
Cycology is an amazing studio that offers something for everyone! The cycle, barre, and HIIT classes are great workouts but the best part is the instructors and the people! The instructors make working out so much fun, and the other members are kind and friendly.
This is the only workout program I've ever been able to stick to because every workout is different and FUN! The instructors and other members push you to work hard and every 45 minute class is my "me" time for the day.
Your first barre class at Cycology 202
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
