From the reviews
I fell in love with barre when I notice the effect of elongating, toning, strengthening and stretching in my body. I absolutely love it and know it's one of the few workouts I can actually stick to.
I really love this place! Every class is challenging and works your whole body at any fitness level, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the teachers are exceptional. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility and body since I started here. Definitely the best barre in El Paso!

The vibe is super welcoming, the instructors are awesome, and the workouts are no joke—in the best way. I always leave feeling stronger (and a little sore, but in that “I did something good for myself” kind of way).
Your first barre class at Contrology Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
