It's wild to think that I never have enough time to work out. For the record, I don't. And yet somehow I find the time to watch The Taylor Swift Eras tour movie 3x this week.... I digress.
I LOVE Brits classes! Whether you need to get in a quick workout and you only have 15 minutes, her short and spicy classes are the perfect fit, or if you're looking for a longer 45 minute full body workout. I like alternating throughout the week based on her target zones each video focuses on.
All of my girlfriends here in town love Brit's Barre workouts. 1- It's a really GREAT workout in a shorter amount of time. 2- She puts on a SHOW. Like it's actually so entertaining to be guided by her (not every fitness instructor is this way).

What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
