From the reviews
I Love this studio and all the staff. The classes are fantastic. Worth Every penny! There is such a variety of classes and levels for beginners to experienced . One of the few Studios that attempted to stay open during Covid holding outside class and still had a great turn out when other studios failed.
We had an awesome time at Breathe Pilates! We booked a private class for a bachelorette party. Nicole was extremely accommodating when booking and did an amazing class for us. She tailored it to what we wanted. She is incredibly sweet and we absolutely loved the class and had the best time.
Breathe is a breath of fresh air. The studio is warm and inviting and the barre class is exceptional! I’m a complete novice but found the class challenging, yet easy to follow. A great low impact workout!
Breathe is a meticulously clean and bright studio. I love the smaller class sizes and how each instructor pays special attention to every individual's needs. Highly recommend.
Your first barre class at Breathe Studio: Barre & Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
