Body Sculpt Barre has given me the confidence I’ve always aspired to have but could never achieve on my own. The ladies at Barre are like a family. ❤️ I cannot brag about the instructors enough.
Been coming here since it opened! Love the workouts and love the instructors. Every class is different. I love the ability to modify when needed. BSB is great for clearing your mind after a long day or even starting your day on the right foot! It’s the BEST place to focus on yourself and your own well being!!!
ONE OF A KIND workout experience that will leave you wanting to come back for more. You will transform in so many ways after joining, mentally & physically! You will not regret your first class and the best part is, the first class is free!
Love, love, love Body Sculpt Barre in Brusly! All the instructors are very nice and give a great workout! Can’t recommend them enough!!
Your first barre class at Body Sculpt Barre Studio: Brusly
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
