I’ve been to a few classes now and I very much look forward to going back! Iryna is such a fun, sweet, and knowledgeable trainer. She’s very patient and encouraging, and helps keep an eye on your form throughout class.
Each Beyond Barre class kicks your butt in the best possible way! My muscles shake and my body feels fatigued throughout every workout. BUT by the end of each class I ALWAYS walk out feeling stronger, more energized, and proud of myself for taking steps towards my health goals!
I cannot recommend Beyond Barre Etown more highly! From my first class I was hooked! Iryna is super uplifting and motivating. She not only coaches you through a workout, she educates you on your body through the process. I’m in love with this place! Try one class here and you’ll be just as in love with the burn!
Beyond barre has such a fun atmosphere for working out! Iryna is an excellent instructor. She cares about your posture and health and she pushes you to work harder than you thought you could. The music is motivating and the people who come are encouraging and nice. 100% recommend!!

What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
