From the reviews
Barre 3 MB is the BEST! The owner & her team are so kind and energetic! I love the Barre 3 workouts because they make be feel better physically and mentally! My overall fitness is clearly improving. Plus the cool down & breath work at the end of each class quiets my brain and prepares me for the day ahead.
Kylie and her staff are wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and encouraged. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but genuinely invested in helping you improve and feel your best. Every class challenges me in the best way, and I’ve noticed such a difference in both my strength and confidence.
I didn’t know what barre was, thought you had to already be crushing life and fitness, all the things already accomplished, to go to this place. Then I went. OMG!!!! all ages, fitness levels, good days/rough days, bring all of you to this community. You are welcomed.
barre3 is truly the BEST workout! The instructors genuinely care about every single person who walks through the door and always make you feel welcome and supported. Each class is a combination of strength training, cardio and mindfulness, giving you a well rounded workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
