The classes they teach
“I have not consistently worked out in over four years, but for the past 3 months I’ve been getting my heart rate up 1-2x/week thanks to barre3 !”
“Classes get my heart pumping and leave me feeling like I’ve gotten a good workout, yet the instructors are super down-to-earth and accepting of all skill levels.”
What's on offer
“Barre3 provides you with mats and supplies, they don't force you to buy $20 pairs of barre socks, and they always welcome you in with a smile.”
“Also bonus if you have kids- they have THE BEST childcare team and I have never felt so at peace leaving my baby with any of them :)”
“I now understand this is common practice for these type of boutique studios, but it was not explained to me at the time and I really think it should have been.”
“Barre3 , and specifically this studio with such welcoming instructors has been the perfect combination of physical challenge and mindfulness.”

From the reviews
Cannot say enough good things about Barre 3- I have loved every single class I’ve taken in the studio. Coming from taking high impact and HIIT classes I never understood the need for small movements. have been humbled in the best way possible as I already see changes in my physique.
Love love love this place! I have tried almost every workout possible and Barre3 Ft. Thomas had me hooked from day 1 - the welcoming front desk, wonderful instructors, and bright and positive environment make a great spot for your daily workouts. Highly recommend it - so body positive and you leave feeling so strong!
I tried out several barre studios before coming back to this one. I really enjoy the music and the pace of the class here. The instructors are great, motivating without being over the top. I feel so good after my workouts and they have lots of options for different class days/times. Highly recommend!
The instructor created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, making sure everyone felt comfortable regardless of their fitness level. If you're looking for a full-body workout that also enhances flexibility I highly recommend giving Barre 3 Ft. Thomas a go!
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
