This place is AMAZING! The instructors are seriously the best and nicest around!! Although the workouts are challenging they are very doable for any fitness level. Barre3 is amazing!! Everything is 5 stars from the workout to the staff and members! I love the variety of classes for all fitness levels! The studio is so clean, they take pride in their space! There is even a playroom for young kids to go while mamas get a workout in!
I'm so thankful for these amazing women and program that help people become healthy not only on a physical level but on an emotional and mental level as well! I've had such an amazing experience with the strength class and it's exactly what I was looking for!
A little over a year ago, I decided to give Barre3 a try and purchased their trial pass. I was hooked after my very first class! I’ve now been going consistently for over a year, and it has helped me stay motivated, strong, and in shape.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
