From the reviews
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've gone using Class Pass and have been to over 15 classes. All the instructors offer alternatives to each move. The majority of classes will include small weights, a mat (provided onsite), and occasionally the sliders, or resistance bands.
I love this workout studio!! This is a small, locally & female owned business. The owner Emily is very good at what she does and super friendly. The studio is bright and clean (very important to me) and the instructors are all great.
My first visit to Barre3 at Mueller was an absolute delight! The instructor went above and beyond, explaining everything about the class, making me feel at ease right away. The friendly atmosphere and warm welcome from the people there added to the positive experience.
This barre3 studio is absolutely amazing. The instructors are all so uplifting, encouraging, and know just what (and when) to say to keep you going. The staff here are attentive and have worked with me at every stage of my life the last several years.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
